Via the booking or contact form: name, e-mail address, phone number, travel dates, number of guests and your message. When visiting the website: standard server logs (IP address, access time).

We process data to handle your booking and perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to answer enquiries and operate the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).

• Stripe — card payment processing (only once card payment is activated)
• Resend — sending transactional e-mails
• Hostinger — hosting (EU data centre, Frankfurt)

5. Cookies and analytics

We use necessary cookies (language, consent). Optional privacy-friendly analytics without advertising only loads after your consent.

6. Retention

We keep booking data for as long as tax and accounting obligations require; enquiries are deleted once handled.

7. Your rights
